Policy
Residency Requirement
Memberships may be offered only to those residing within a specific
geographic area of Chevy Chase, Maryland, as defined in the by-laws.
Application Procedure
A non-refundable $125 application fee must accompany your application
form, in order for your name to be placed on our waiting list.
Make check payable to CCRA.
Waiting List
Applications are placed on the waiting list, in the order in which
the CCRA Business Manager receives the application and $125 fee.
No exceptions are made. In addition to full permanent memberships, the club
offers the following types of limited participation:

Guests
Fees are charged for guests who must be accompanied by a member or limited use family member.
Full Membership Fees
There is a permanent membership nonrefundable initiation fee and annual dues. Permanent members pay a nonrefundable initiation fee which is currently $1,000 and annual dues ($500). If a permanent member becomes temporarily
inactive, the member is charged an annual maintenance fee.
Transfer of Membership
No membership can be sold, loaned, rented or otherwise transferred
privately, except as provided by the by-laws.
